Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain, and use Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures to ensure proper oversight for data collected, personnel, training, facilities, equipment, supplies, and services.Provides leadership and management to the quality assurance testing and analysis activities as outlined in the Quality Control Plan (QCP)Travel to various sites and ensures products/services meet quality and reliability requirements to maintain customer compliance.  Designs and contributes to the performance of highly advanced quality assurance tests and creates certificates of analysis. Oversees the documentation of the QCP and contribute to amendments as necessary. Identifies complex potential risks and compliance issues and provides innovative solutions.  Liaises with internal personnel, external vendors, contractors or suppliers and provides solutions to any quality issues regarding products or services.Develops and implements complex quality assurance strategies and regulations.  Manages the quality analysis process and provides leadership to supervisors to ensure the external and internal requirements are met before the products/services are delivered. Manages and mitigates issues with advanced solutions for minimal business impact.  Lead regular meetings to cultivate effective working relationships between cross-functional groups for the development of action plans to address quality issues. 

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experienceActive Top Secret clearance required
