**Responsibilities for a Quality Auditor include but are not limited to:** ** **
+ Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce compliance risk and improve agent performance
+ Ensure adherence to applicable quality guidelines, processes, and compliance standards
+ Monitor agent responses and proper use of tools (e.g., scripts and resources)
+ Meet minimum production and accuracy goals as set by the team
+ Work independently and maintain secure handling of sensitive customer information in a remote setting
**Candidates for the Quality Auditor role must meet the following requirements to be considered:** ** **
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
+ Quality audit experience required
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
+ Experience auditing customer service calls, preferably in healthcare, is a plus

+ **Pay:** $22.07 – $30.10/hour
+ **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time

**Pay Details:** $22.07 to $30.10 per hour
