Summary
We are hiring an Internal Auditor to serve as key control points within our manufacturing and logistics operations. These roles are critical to ensuring that no materials leave the facility without proper ERP documentation and that production processes meet compliance and financial standards. This position plays a vital role in reducing operational risk, improving inventory accuracy, and maintaining compliance with aerospace and defense regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as on-floor control points for:Outbound Shipping: Confirm ERP transactions before materials exit the facility.Final Assembly: Ensure subassemblies are complete prior to integration.Monitor physical material movement and validate against ERP records.Match physical products to work orders and verify BOM accuracy.Investigate and resolve variances; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Participate in daily production meetings and morning manufacturing rundowns.Support compliance efforts related to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.Prepare clear, actionable reports on discrepancies and process improvements.Qualifications
Must-Haves
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field.Strong ERP system experience (NetSuite, Oracle, or equivalent).In-depth understanding of BOM and work order processes.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain.Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards.Experience in auditing, compliance, or accounting.Experience in logistics operations.Aerospace or automotive industry experience preferred.Performance Metrics
Reduction in materials leaving without ERP documentation.Decrease in lag time between physical build and ERP updates.Improved work order accuracy and inventory control.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
