Quality Assurance Auditor - Bolingbrook Assembly
Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm to 11pm
Summary:
The Quality Assurance Auditor – Assembly position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, audits work in process and finished goods to assure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Inspect incoming materials to assure conformance with specifications and release materials for use in production.Audit assembly lines during the production process ensuring compliance with work order specifications, and that the finished product meets customer requirements.Verify compliance with cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Review, approve and release production paperwork in order to facilitate customer shipments.Communicate paperwork issues to operations, if necessary.Record data for internal analysis of finished goods.Communicate with Project Managers and Customers, if necessary.Communicate Company policies, procedures, and customer requirements to other WRMD employees and to participate/assist in their development as needed.Participate in and/or assist with internal QA audits, Customer audits, and Regulatory Agency audits as required.Assist with and/or conduct cGMP training, if requested. Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.Overtime is required.Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED minimum.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. May require the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. May require the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be in proficient Microsoft Office computer skills.
Other Qualifications
The Quality Assurance Auditor position requires previous knowledge of quality systems or Assembly experience, proficient math and computer skills.

The starting rate for this position is $20.00/hr., depending on your role, level and location.
