The AGI-DS team is seeking a Korean Quality Auditor (Contact employee)with a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will perform systematic quality evaluations within our global Data Associate network and conduct manual reviews to validate our automated quality measurement systems. This position is essential to maintaining high standards of data quality for AI development and training.

*자동화된 품질 측정 시스템의 정확성을 검증하기 위해 수동 리뷰를 수행합니다.
*품질 분석 결과에 대한 정확하고 효율적인 문서화 및 보고를 수행합니다.
*심층 조사(Deep-dive) 및 에스컬레이션 대응을 위한 감사를 수행합니다.
*품질 기준 및 절차를 철저히 준수합니다.
*프로세스 개선 및 베스트 프랙티스 도입을 위해 Quality Audit Specialist와 긴밀히 협업합니다.
*Quality Assurance 팀 내 지속적인 개선 활동에 기여합니다.
*Perform quality audits on individual workflows and deliverables submitted by Data Associates.
*Support performance improvement for on-site Data Associates through coaching and calibration.
*Conduct detailed analysis of quality at the Data Associate level and identify root causes of issues.
*Perform manual reviews to validate automated quality measurement systems.
*Ensure accurate and efficient documentation and reporting of quality findings.
*Conduct audits for deep-dive investigations and escalation handling.
*Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and procedures.
*Collaborate closely with Quality Audit Specialists to implement process improvements and best practices.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance team.
