The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance & Testing Manager to become a part of our Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will collaborate with both senior and junior consultants, leading the complete QA strategy and testing execution for complex, large-scale digital and technology transformation programs. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing quality frameworks and test processes, ensuring our clients receive best-in-class solutions with minimal risk and maximum performance. You will work closely with clients across multiple industries—with a strong emphasis on Telco, Banking or Government clients—as well as PwC delivery teams and technology partners.
Your responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated ind ividual to join our PwC Technology Consulting team in Advisory. The successf ul candidate will have the opportunity to:
Define and implement enterprise-level QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business and technical requirements.
Lead and manage the full testing lifecycle (unit, integration, system, UAT, regression, performance) across diverse projects and platforms.
Design and enforce test governance processes including traceability, metrics reporting, defect management, and quality controls.
Build and lead onshore and offshore QA teams; mentor and develop junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, developers, business analysts, and clients to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
Evaluate and implement test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Tosca, etc.).
Manage test data strategy, environment setup, and risk mitigation.
Ensure timely test execution and reporting in line with project milestones.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and advocate for quality in all aspects of solution delivery.
Provide expert advisory to clients on QA transformation, test strategy, and capability building.
Support business development by contributing to proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
What You Bring
University degree in areas such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any other field that may be of relevance in combination with existing work experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.
At least 3 years' experience in a QA leadership or managerial role, ideally within a tech house, consulting, or professional services environment.
Proven experience leading QA for large-scale digital transformation or system integration projects.
Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, Azure/AWS DevOps) and automation tools.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Experience in the telecommunications industry or delivering testing services for Telco clients will be considered a strong advantage.
ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent QA certification(s) is preferred.
Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results

Ability to manage teams, delegate work, and coach junior team members
Strong organisational and reporting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
