Job Description A large electronic manufacturer is looking for 2 Quality Assurance Technicians to join their team; one in Fullerton, CA and one in University Park, IL. The California team works 8-5pm and the Illinois team works 7-4pm. These Technician will be responsible for testing digital appliances returned from Home Depot and Lowe's. They will be leading, developing, supporting, and maintaining quality systems and processes that meet company and customer requirements. This person will be performing the full review, testing and reporting of 5 appliances, or so, a day. This role focuses on improving product quality (hardware and electrical) by identifying issues through inspections, root cause analysis, and collaborating with manufactures to resolve quality problems for future products. Responsibilities include: - Conduct inspections and testing of finished products. - Communicate effectively with related departments (Marketing, Logistics, 3PL, etc.) to ensure seamless operations. - Handle materials weighing up to 200 lbs as needed. - Provide timely and accurate analysis reports (monthly, weekly, and ad hoc) We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
