+ Profile: Experience in Quality Assurance systems in leadership positions within the cosmetic industry (3+ years). Knowledge of NOM-259 is essential.

+ Job Overview: The Quality Assurance Systems Leader is responsible for implementing and overseeing Quality Systems with Contract Manufacturers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and addressing consumer/customer complaints. This role involves leading audits, oversight quality systems, continuous improvement and initiatives to maintain high-quality standards in production.
+ Key Responsibilities:
+ Implement and follow up on Quality Systems with Contract Manufacturers.
+ Review, approve, and monitor action plans related to quality non-conformances, including RCA/investigations.
+ Lead GAP analysis and resolution of consumer/customer complaints.
+ Ensure all regulatory requirements are met for products.
+ Attend and support Contract Manufacturers during external audits.
+ Execute the Internal Audit strategy to evaluate continuous improvement.
+ Review and follow up on action plan completions from internal and regulatory audits.
+ Support new initiatives to ensure compliance with Quality requirements.
+ Review and approve validation protocols and reports for new initiatives and technical projects.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
+ Expertise in horizontal quality systems (e.g., Non-conformity, audits, Consumer Complaints, Shelf Quality, microbiology).
+ Knowledge of NOM-259 (Mexican regulation for cosmetics).
+ Knowledge of validation, records, change control, documents, SOPs, and laboratory.
+ Availability to travel to different locations to carry out their responsibilities.
Soft Skills:
+ Strong communication skills for leading clear and influential conversations.
+ Ability to positively influence the behavior of individuals and organizations to achieve business results.
+ Strategic thinking to create win-win solutions and leverage risk management principles.
Nice to Have Skills:
+ Familiarity with SAP and Veeva systems.
