Airswift is looking for Quality Assurance Specialist III to work in Houston, for an initial 1-year assignment likely to be extended.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Pipeline Integrity QA/QC Advisor to support two key pipeline integrity teams: ILI Monitoring and Integrity Dig Mitigation Programs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy, quality, and compliance of pipeline assessment documentation, ensuring all reports adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data system requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Review and validate In-Line Inspection (ILI) reports and associated documentation provided by third-party vendors. Ensure all ILI deliverables comply with internal SOPs and pipeline data standards. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, request corrections, and ensure timely report updates. Review and validate field-collected pipeline assessment data, including Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) reports. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company documentation protocols. Enter validated data into the Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS) for analysis, tracking, and reporting purposes. Qualifications:
Required: Strong knowledge of general pipeline integrity practices and standards. Experience reviewing ILI reports and/or NDE data is highly desirable. Exceptional attention to detail and documentation review skills. Proficient in technical report evaluation, QA/QC processes, and data validation. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external vendors. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with pipeline integrity software/systems (PIMS). Preferred: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Inspection Technology, or a related technical field. Prior experience working within a pipeline integrity team or supporting ILI/NDE programs. Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, or similar.
