Pay Range: $19.50 per hour / $20.50 per hour (Bilingual)
Schedule: Various shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, rotating weekends required
Position Type: Full-time, year-round work

As a Quality Assurance Specialist / Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality across our organization.

 

Key responsibilities include:
• Handle inbound customer concerns and provide timely, professional resolution
• Investigate service quality issues, including pricing, damages, and technician performance
• Document and track customer complaints, trends, and resolutions accurately
• Collaborate with local service centers and leadership to coordinate effective solutions
• Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and respond to negative feedback
• Analyze complaint trends and provide quarterly quality reports by branch and region
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications What You Need:

• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience required
• Complaint resolution experience REQUIRED
• 4–8 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, inside sales, or a related customer-focused role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with computers and documentation systems
• Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and nationwide background check
