If so, this could be your next career move! We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to support our strategic operations and local management by ensuring full compliance with quality systems, regulations, and performance measures. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of one or more Quality Systems in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Balance quality standards with business performance objectives, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.Guarantee right-first-time project implementation, preventing critical or major quality issues.Execute and support both the global P&G quality strategy and local regulatory requirements.Prioritize actions based on business needs and capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Job Qualifications

Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Biotechnology or Science1–3 years of experienceKey Competencies & SkillsAdvanced English (spoken and written).Excellent customer service and attention to detail.Results-driven and agile in identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.Strong organization and time-management skills.Exceptional communication abilities (verbal and written).Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.About us!
