Quality Assurance Manager III, Alexa Endpoints
A Quality Assurance Manager in the Alexa ecosystem plays a critical role in driving product quality and team performance across multiple technical domains. The QAM will work closely with Product Management, Software Development Engineering, User Experience Design, and Customer Support groups to understand product vision, requirements, and customer usage models while developing comprehensive test strategies.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include setting the QA team's technical vision and roadmap, developing and tracking project schedules, and managing a team responsible for validating software functionality, stability, and performance. The successful Quality Assurance Manager must have a strong customer focus and be obsessed with continuous quality improvement, with particular expertise in creating world-class automation for feature testing and regression.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop and drive high-level strategies while simultaneously taking a hands-on approach to implementation. They must be experienced in working within cross-disciplinary organizations and capable of driving strategy to implementation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Critical skills include the ability to:
