Sodexo is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a University in the Washington, DC area. The manager maintains close working relationships with the on-site managers regarding all quality and safety issues, performs several daily inspections and audits to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, and assists managers in maintaining a viable customer service program.
What You'll Do Maintain and implement food safety & quality assurance policies and proceduresPerform daily routine pre-operational and periodic inspections and quality control tests, such as ATP and environmental swabbingIdentify and correct workflow and production issuesEnsure the operation complies with the quality manual policies and proceduresCoach team members on-site and address issues to superiorsDocument, review, and organize quality assurance recordsMake recommendations for improvementAssist with food safety training Keep abreast of trends and regulations, and laws What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
