As a Quality Assurance Systems Manager at Band 1 level, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced composite materials and applications. Key Responsibilities: + Support and assist in executing strategies in the team/organization. + Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. + Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category, or team/organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives. + Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning. + Work under direct supervision, follow well-defined precedents and policies. Job Qualifications Job Qualifications:Hard Skills: + Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, and tools. + Demonstrated ability to analyze data and understand connections, trends, and implications related to quality assurance programs. + Familiarity with regulatory standards that affect our products and manufacturing processes. Soft Skills: + Demonstrated ability to lead quality assurance initiatives to improve production processes.
