Job Description

Main Objective:

Ensure timely response to customer complaints and effective management of off-site failures, guaranteeing implementation of corrective actions, technical documentation, and compliance with specific requirements for current projects and new launches

What challenges will you have?

Ensure timely customer response and coordinate containment actions for defective off-site material, while guaranteeing technical and systemic failure analysis, and managing failure notifications in the system.Ensure implementation of lessons learned and corrective actions derived from customer complaints.Document and communicate preliminary failure findings to transfer investigations to in-process quality, and track corrective action implementation/effectiveness to prevent recurrences.Coordinate internal/external audits (directly tied to customer requirements), manage failure notification handling, ensure documentation availability, and demonstrate quality system application.Guarantee generation and quality of documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, Risk Analysis), providing statistical data and customer failure notification records, and ensuring documentation of customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

At least 7 years of experience in Automotive Industry Leading PeopleAdvanced English level (fluency speaking, written communication)Experience with using statistical tools

Technical Knowledge

Problem Solving Methodologies is a mustPrevious experience in Quality Control Methods, Quality Core Tools and driving multifunctional teams
