We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Mexico City teams into assuring that the software that is delivered in fireTV and other Amazon devices meets the Amazon high quality bar.

This role is located in Mexico City (Polanco area), and requires the candidate to be in office. There is no hybrid nor remote option for this role.

Key job responsibilities include developing and executing the long term strategy for Amazon devices, with a focus on automation and scaling across millions of devices in production. The right leader is capable on hiring and growing talent across different job roles and families; from manual testing, automated testers, and technicians that support our state of the art datacenter.

A day in the life
With your team, you independently assure that new features and capabilities for Amazon devices are tested at the right level. You and your team gate releases so that Amazon customers receive the best quality possible devices. On a weekly basis, you meet with internal executives and stakeholders to inform them on progress towards releasing software, inform on risks and present a plan to success.
