As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will work closely with the Product Management, Technical Project Manager, Software Development Engineering, to understand the product vision, requirements and customer usage models and develop appropriate test strategies. You will be setting the QA team’s technical vision and roadmap, developing and tracking project schedules. The successful Quality Assurance Manager has strong customer focus and is obsessed with continuous quality improvement; they are experienced and highly committed to creating world class automation for feature testing and regression; they are able to develop and drive a high-level strategy, as well as to take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy. About the team Alexa Audio QA owns the full end-to-end experience the Alexa Audio platform delivers to customers. Our charter is to continuously drive quality engineering and push the quality bar up across all Alexa Audio teams. We do this by : - Providing test infrastructure to enable engineering teams to test and own quality of the services. - Acting as consultant to engineering team for service test coverage. - Being a stakeholder of the release to ensure defects are fixed per SLA and end customer experience are protected and improved. The base pay for this position ranges from $132,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $228,100/year in our highest geographic market.
