As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Lead to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive continuous improvement across teams. **What you’ll be doing** + Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure all products meet defined quality standards. + Define and monitor quality metrics and benchmarks to assess product performance and drive improvements. + Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. + Conduct performance reviews and organize training sessions to support team development. + Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams to identify and resolve quality issues. + Participate in product design reviews, offering insights on quality and testability. + Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with best practices. + Ensure all testing activities adhere to established standards and methodologies. + Analyze test results and prepare detailed quality reports for senior management and stakeholders. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing enhancements. + Stay informed on industry trends and QA best practices to keep the team and processes up to date. **What you’ll bring along** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. + ISTQB certification or equivalent QA accreditation. + A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including managerial responsibilities. + Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. + Proficiency in QA software and automation frameworks, such as Selenium and JIRA. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments. + Excellent command of both spoken and written English. **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
