Working in the IT team in P&G Global Business Services, you will be part of a growing team of Software Engineers leading innovation for our internal users across the globe. Job Responsibilities: + Lead the QA team in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies for web applications. + Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Jest and other testing frameworks. + Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle. + Establish and maintain testing environments, tools, and processes to support continuous integration and deployment. + Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior QA team members. + Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders. + Participate in sprint planning and ensure testing efforts align with project goals and timelines. + Advocate for quality and best practices within the team and across the organization. Job Qualifications Role Requirements: + At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on automated testing. + Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Proficient in using automated testing frameworks, specifically Jest. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. + Experience with testing web applications, APIs, and microservices. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
