El objetivo es mantener un sistema de gestión de calidad robusto y sostenible, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas de GSK, buenas prácticas de fabricación, documentación y requisitos regulatorios locales. Objetivos Formativos: Gestión de la Calidad: Aprender sobre la implantación y mejora continua del sistema de gestión de la calidad, relacionando esta formación con asignaturas como "Gestión Empresarial con Criterios ODS". Revisión de Lotes: Participar en la revisión de lotes y gestión de quejas de calidad de clientes en CERPS, aplicando conceptos de "Data & Analytics". Investigación y Análisis: Desarrollar habilidades en la realización de investigaciones y análisis de la causa raíz en respuesta a desviaciones, problemas de calidad y hallazgos de auditoría, en línea con "Metodologías de Gestión Innovadora". Mejora Continua: Analizar el desempeño y tendencia de los KPI de calidad para la mejora continua en el LOC, vinculando esta actividad con "Soft Skills Clave en la Integración a la Vida Laboral". Gestión Documental: Aprender sobre la gestión y archivo adecuado de la documentación, aplicando conocimientos de "Claves del Marketing Digital en el Desarrollo del Negocio ¿Por qué tú? Requisitos básicos: Estudiante universitario de grado a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado universitario de grado en Farmacia. Competencias en Idiomas: Nivel C1 de Inglés.
