BAE Systems is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to support at its Maritime Solutions site in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will use your Quality background, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities to support our Quality team and site. You'll use your collaborative, communication abilities to interface with Trade Supervisors, Ship Superintendents, and Customer Representatives on Quality matters. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will monitor BAE Systems personnel and subcontractors' in-process work and document deficient work. This position supports full-time on site in a shipyard environment. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Typically requires a High School Diploma or the equivalent, and four (4) years of Quality related work experience. + Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance, particularly as it relates to a heavy manufacturing, shipyard environment. + Able to obtain and maintain Defense Biometric Identification Systems "DBIDS" Access card. + Excellent organizational skills. + An effective communicator and able to collaborate with others. + Basic computer skills to include MS Suite and industry specific software applications. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Work with SERMC or similar organization. + Familiar with Maritime Solutions Jacksonville. + Familiar with IFS and / or eTIR. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $43285 - $69256 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
