Principal Accountabilities

Ensure food safety guidelines are always followedEvaluate and verify sanitation practices for production food safetyEnsure compliance with regulations and specifications of incoming raw materials and outgoing product throughput all processesEnforce and audit Good Hygiene PracticesAll other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the united states without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderMust have a high school diploma/GED or 1 years’ experience in a quality control, production, and/or military roleMust have good math skillsMust be able to read, write, and comprehend English for paperwork purposesKnowledge of warehousing processesMust be a self-starter and have good communication skillsAccuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessityExcellent attendance and safety records requiredMust be willing to cross-train to work in other areas of FSQR coverageMust be able to work in cold/damp and hot/humid environment. (-35 degrees to 25 degree)Must work well alone or as a team playerProlonged periods of walking and standing requiredAbility to work flexible hours. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as neededProficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor degreePrevious experience in food / meat plant environmentHACCP training
