Must have a high school diploma/GED or 1 years’ experience in a quality control, production, and/or military roleMust have good math skillsMust be able to communicate, read and write in EnglishStrong computer skills/knowledgeKnowledge of production processesMust be a self-starter and have good communication skillsAccuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessityMust be willing to work overtime and weekends as neededExcellent attendance and safety records requiredMust be willing to cross-train to work in other areas of FSQR coverageMust be able to work in cold/damp and hot/humid environmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust work well alone or as a team playerProlonged periods of walking and standing requiredMust be able to work weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications
