TITLE:                                 Quality Assurance Engineering - Advisor

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Develop customized, scalable manual and automated test cases within the platform to test critical business functions, ensuring they meet compliance with financial industry regulations. Analyze business requirements by collaborating with product, development and operations teams to deploy and test software. Debug software products using systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develop, modify, and execute software test plans and maintain Test Artifacts. Write complex SQL queries on PostgreSQL database to validate data integrity. Test REST API to validate performance of web application. Conduct functional, automated and regression testing during different phases of software development. Set up and tear down environments for internal and external testing including the creation of common use cases for internal testing and customer integration. Manage releases for the platform.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving software quality assurance experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 5 years in any job title involving software quality assurance experience. Prior experience must include: 5 years working with Browserstack, Crossbrowsertesting, and Sauce Labs; 3 years working in the Banking domain; 3 years of multiproduct and credit bureau integrations; 3 years of quality assurance testing in the Deposit and Loan account opening platforms; 3 years working with Kubernetes, Kubectl, IntelliJ, GIT, BitBucket, and Jenkins; 3 years working with Postman, SoapUI, Test Rail, JIRA and Confluence; 3 years developing and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium Web Driver, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Gherkin and Maven; 3 years working with PostgreSQL, DBeaver, and DBVisualizer; and 3 years using Amazon web services for document validation.
