We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers to build test automation for Amazon Echo devices. In this role, you would design and implement next-generation testing solutions for Alexa device automations. Key job responsibilities This is a role which involves driving quality improvements with many feature teams, driven through automations. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will drive new quality and automation initiatives, design new test frameworks/libraries and processes for testing Alexa devices software. You will bring new ideas and innovate to build/leverage as needed. You will be partnering with feature teams, platform teams to build scalable automation solution in Alexa Devices. A day in the life • Explore, design and develop automation libraries, framework enhancements and reusable components for Alexa devices software testing • Collaborate with feature teams, platform and framework development teams to build robust automations. • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks while evaluating and integrating new testing tools and technologies • Identify future testing needs and proactively develop solutions to address upcoming challenges while fostering a culture of innovation Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience - Experience in manual testing - Experience in automation testing - Experience scripting or coding - Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects Preferred Qualifications - Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
