Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Designs, codes, and tests new enterprise-wide applicationsWrites high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standardsCollaborates with product owners and stakeholders to ensure understanding of business prioritiesAnalyzes and improves the efficiency of various systems and servicesCreates and executes required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed componentsTroubleshoots problems identified by usersHelps to create a culture of openness, and transparencyCollaborates with capability team to build an agile culture in teamsCoordinates with business stakeholders to understand and document business and functional requirements related to the end-user experienceUnderstands user needs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findingsIdentify design problems and devise usable solutionsBuilds strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organizationParticipates in the design and implementation of user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needsEnsures that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a consistent end-user experienceThe Essentials - You Will Have:
Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experienceExperience in systems development lifecycleExperience with Agile development methodologiesExperience with server-side architectures and system design and developmentExperience developing and deploying cloud-based solutionsExperience with CI/CDThe ability to question thought partners across departmentsAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirementsSolid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependenciesPartner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisionsWhat We Offer:
