This position will focus on process and continuous improvement activities in the Owensboro facility.  The individual in this role will be a resource to respond to business losses and in-efficiency of processes, specific to QA process control opportunities. The individual in this position will assist with supplier quality management, material management, continuous improvement, complaints, non-conformities management & CAPA.

-Analyze quality data and translate into useful information to support achievement of factory quality KPIs and objectives - Consultation
-Prepare quality reports and raise deviations of quality issues when appropriate - Consultation
-Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance – Executing actions
-Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues and relevant stakeholders on matters such as standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies - Consultation
-Provide ad-hoc analysis while identifying and recommending improvement opportunities - Consultation
-Ensure reporting systems are maintained and updated – Executing actions
-Run ad hoc exercises to prove or demolish different business assumptions (based on advanced statistical tools, SQL, Python, R, SPSS, POWER BI) – Executing actions
-Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. – Making decisions
-Support the establishment of QMS procedures and QMS related training activities. – Making decisions
-Challenge all standard processes and products to propose productivity initiatives  - Consultation
