Your Role:
A Customer Service You will be taking internal calls from sales representatives and technicians and ensuring that the information in the customer management and monitoring station databases is accurate.
Job Duties & Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Skills/Qualifications:
Primarily an office position, Hybrid work environment (3 days in the office) Exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask (including but not limited to calls, emails, data and quality reports etc.) Salary starting at $17.5 per hour. You will be using Zoho platform. Active listening skills. Experience in a Customer Service Environment/Call Center will be considered an asset
