Essential Responsibilities:
Perform desk‑based QA reviews by evaluating photographic documentation and completed FTTH work against client specifications, identifying deficiencies, and communicating required corrections to the operations team.Maintain QA documentation and deficiency tracking by recording review outcomes, monitoring issues against client requirements, and ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow‑up on identified deficiencies.Provide limited field support and site validation as needed, including conducting on‑site QA checks to verify work quality and compliance with client standards.Participate in weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and the self‑perform team to review QA expectations, ensure checklist compliance, and confirm timely photo uploads for documentation.Train and support subcontractors on quality assurance processes to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and full compliance with Ledcor quality standards, including inspection criteria, documentation, and continuous improvement expectationsQualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunication construction / fibre-related industrySolid understanding H&S requirements in the field and Book 7 Traffic ControlKnowledge of fiber optics, Aerial and Civil Construction Standards and safe limits of approachBackground in H&S in a Field related settingProven understanding of quality processes and various client quality and Industry standardsPrevious Civil Construction, Aerial Construction, Cable Placement and Residential build experience are preferredPrevious experience on a team of Telecom Quality Inspectors is preferredWorking Conditions:

$56,000.00 - $77,000.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
