Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour Duties: + Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments + Inspect products for damage, labeling errors, and packaging compliance + Audit pick, pack, and shipping processes for accuracy + Document and report discrepancies, non-conformances, and quality issues + Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions + Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies + Maintain accurate inspection and audit records + Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve issues in real time + Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training + Support other warehouse functions as directed + Work overtime as required by management . Position Requirements: + 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or quality assurance roles + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to read and interpret packing slips, labels, and quality standards + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Physical stamina: lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + Willingness to cross-train and support other areas of the operation + Commitment to safety and quality standards Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
