Adecco is assisting a local client with identifying qualified candidates to join their Quality Control Department. Ensure production meets quality specifications and is produced in compliance with applicable procedures. Perform dimensional and visual part inspection as required by the job packet **Knowlege/Experience** + 1+ years of work manufacturing field experience + knowledge Microsoft Office Tools + computer skills, spreadsheet, word processing and electronic mail systems + Multi-task in fast paced enviroment, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities using strong organization and proritization skills + Read and interpret qulity and specification data with an understanding of company policies, procedures and internal controls + Read, analyze and interpret documents such as drawings + Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of selft - motivation, accountability and responsibility. + Bilinguel: English/Spanish preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilites + Perform efficient inspection of parts being produced in the production floor. Includes visual and demensional inspection in compliance with specified instructions in job packet. + Perform routine and non-routine visual inspection of parts from all machines in the cell on a rotational basis including box and lot inspections + Complete lot inspection per AQL requirements or as defined within the specific job packets. + Assist in the disposition of product ot be reworked or placed on old for disposition as needed. + Performs start up, in-process and last shot inspection. + Review dailing training for each operation, verify if training id documented on the training log sheet. + Communicate quality issues throughout the shift and to the next shift coming on at the transfer meeting. + Maintain a safe work enviroment at all times. Report any unafe conditions to the Supervisor. + Contribute to the team effort maintaining good manufacturing practives (GMP) and 6S rating + Understand and use non-conforming material procedure and implement to handl out of specification product + Assist on th root cause and corrective actions of internal rejects as needed + Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. + Bending or squatting required + Support manufacturing activities as required + Perform any other functions or duties as directed by Supervisor.
