Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst - Automation Testing to join our ever evolving Third Party Connections team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own as the ​QA Analyst II

You will be owning the designing and planning test strategies for projects and applications

You will be undertaking planning activities for agile deliveries

You will work alongside the Automation Test Lead to progress automation backlog items

You will create automated tests to enhance the existing test suite using Selenium

You will support and maintain the test automation framework with respect to implementation of new features, existing features and bug fixes

You will be analysing requirements and user stories to derive automated test cases, adding to the test suite using Selenium

You will be executing tests thoroughly to ensure software quality, running automated tests and identifying defects

You will be actively contributing to process improvement initiatives and enhancements to current procedures including recommending quality improvements

You will be working with project teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner whilst keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress and challenges

You will be supporting and maintaining the test automation framework with respect to implementation of new features, existing features, or bug fixes

What you'll bring

Previous experience of working as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Curios – you ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day

Experience within an agile development environment

Experience of test automation using Selenium Web Driver

Ability to refactor code to reduce complexity

Inclusive - You collaborate, encouraging others to perform at their best, always welcoming new perspectives

Knowledge of software testing procedures and be skilled in test planning, test estimation, prioritisation and risk-based testing

Practical experience of agile testing methodologies – BDD, TDD etc.

Making decisions, often with limited information and communicating these to others within the team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Unix and SQL skills
