We are looking to add an experienced and talented Quality Assurance Associate to our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the logging, reproducing, distributing, storing, retrieving, and updating of electronic versions of documents such as procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. Additionally, is responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and all associated documents. In this position, you will work closely on an integrated team of Cesium managers, engineers, and other cross-functional personnel.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupports and facilitates process improvement training and improvement projects to drive business results across the organizationResponsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and all associated documents, files, and recordsResponsible for controlling and maintaining the engineering change and documentation tracking process with emphasis on Bills of Material (BOMs), specifications, drawings, models, and documentation to ensure appropriate changes are documentedResponsible for controlling and issuing part numbers for newly created parts or documents and tracking the history, revision levels, and status through the life of the parts/documentsCreate, implement, and finalize engineering change orders (ECOs) and makes system changesEnsure documents are properly reviewed, updated, approved, and released to remain in controlSupport QMS Management Reviews, assisting with the writing report and tracking actionsSupport with corrective action and process improvement activitiesSupport internal, external, and AS9100 quality auditsAssist in the resolution of audit findings, observations, and recommendationsResponsible for coordinating the QMS training programSupport the development and implementation of performance metricsMay provide influence with awareness, knowledge, and guidance of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools to support the achievement of business objectivesAssist with other QA duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
