This position primarily focuses on batch record review for manufacturing and some incoming finished goods batch record reviews. After the training period, the role involves administrative duties such as training and equipment data entry for onboarding. The associate will ensure documentation accuracy by collaborating with manufacturing personnel to address any discrepancies. The position supports an increase in product releases through inspection batch record releases and includes administrative responsibilities for new product development projects.
ResponsibilitiesPerform finished goods and incoming inspection batch record releases to support an increase in product releases.Complete certificates of analysis to accompany batch record releases.Conduct administrative duties for onboarding equipment and maintaining training files.Scan and manage controlled document records.Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to resolve documentation discrepancies.
Essential SkillsProficiency in quality assurance and batch record review.Experience in a regulated environment.Familiarity with ISO standards.Strong computer literacy and familiarity with ERP systems.Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Experience in ERP inventory management.
Work Environment
Join a team of five in Quality Assurance, working closely with the Manufacturing, Quality Control, Engineering, and R&D teams. This role offers a great team culture and training in ERP inventory management. The work schedule is flexible, typically from 8am to 5pm, with the option to start as early as 7am. No overtime is expected at this time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
