Job Description
The Quality Assurance Associate will play a crucial role in reviewing batch records and ensuring they meet current standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to make necessary changes to records effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Review batch records thoroughly to ensure compliance with current standards.
+ Identify and comment on changes needed in new records.
+ Collaborate closely with the quality team, requiring strong communication skills.
+ Utilize scientific knowledge to assess batch records and determine necessary amendments.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Scientific knowledge related to batch record review.
Qualifications
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
+ Familiarity with batch record processes is preferred.
Work Environment
This role is based in a 100% remote setting, requiring an adequate office setup for effective work performance. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by updating over 1,000 batch records from the 1990s into today's standards, within a dynamic large animal pharma company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
