Responsibilities
- Coach and train other agents by analyzing data, processes and workflows
- Perform and document quality assurance evaluations
- Identify and address quality issues
- Auditing work completed by other agents
- Communicate with internal and external clients and vendors
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Case Manager, Benefits Verification Specialist, or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of performance metrics, healthcare benefits and claims
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
