Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and coachable Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Customer Service department. This role is responsible for evaluating recorded customer service and mechanical claim calls to ensure agents are adhering to procedures and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, reliable, and open to feedback.
Key Responsibilities
+ Review 15 recorded customer service and mechanical claims calls per day, including audio and screen recordings.
+ Evaluate agent performance based on process adherence, accuracy, and customer service standards.
+ Document findings using QA scorecards and feedback tools.
+ Participate in calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency.
+ Meet productivity expectations in both in-office and remote settings.
Qualifications
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA role, preferably in a call center environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process deviations.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
+ Comfortable navigating multimedia recordings and internal systems.
+ Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.
+ Must have a distraction-free home workspace for remote work days.
Work Environment
+ Casual, collaborative team of 8–9 people.
+ Call center setting with individual cubicles.
+ On the phone for a majority of the day.
Training & Schedule
+ Training: 2 weeks fully in-office.
+ Post-Training: 1–2 months in-office with a shadow partner for support.
+ Hybrid Schedule: After onboarding, transition to hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Mondays and Fridays are always remote.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
