Quality Assurance Analyst
**Overview** The Quality Assurance Analyst uses working knowledge of quality control techniques and methodology to provide technical assistance to operations and field personnel. **Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:** + Hands-on experience with platforms such as SWOPS, ePay, payroll systems, or similar tools. + Familiarity with field operations and coordination with on-site teams is advantageous. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other digital productivity tools. + Ability to analyze basic operational data and review system logs. + Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and effective time management. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask across systems, documentation, client visits, and team collaboration. + Experience with HR onboarding or administrative systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Kronos). + Basic knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and checklist procedures. **Qualifications** : + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or a related field. + 1–2 years of experience in facility operations, administration, or quality assurance. + Prior surveyor or Quality Control experience preferred + Possession of an Inspector Certification in a technical field is preferred REQNUMBER: 126052 ABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
