Quality Assurance Analyst
ABM
The Quality Assurance Analyst uses working knowledge of quality control techniques and methodology to provide technical assistance to operations and field personnel.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Hands-on experience with platforms such as SWOPS, ePay, payroll systems, or similar tools. Familiarity with field operations and coordination with on-site teams is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other digital productivity tools. Ability to analyze basic operational data and review system logs. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and effective time management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask across systems, documentation, client visits, and team collaboration. Experience with HR onboarding or administrative systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Kronos). Basic knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and checklist procedures.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in facility operations, administration, or quality assurance. Prior surveyor or Quality Control experience preferred Possession of an Inspector Certification in a technical field is preferred
