Quality Assurance Analyst - 40 Hours/ Week - Days

Assumes responsibility for facilitating and coordinating the clinical documentation program and serves as a resource to the factors influencing the complexity of documentation; works collaboratively with staff to improve the quality of clinical record documentation. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

Bachelors of Science degree required, Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related preferred. Requires a minimum of three years clinical documentation experience in an acute care setting. Requires exemplary organizational and communication skills. Requires the ability to build relationships and negotiate process and outcomes, and influence behaviors.
