We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst (a) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in test automation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Advanced English is required for daily international interactions. What you'll do: * Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA practices and tools * Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision * Participate actively in agile team discussions and ceremonies * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goals * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure broad test coverage * Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution * Propose innovative solutions to daily challenges and contribute to process improvements Skills and Experiences: * Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes * Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git) * Excellent communication in English (advanced to fluent) - required for daily interaction with international teams * Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment * Analytical profile with strong attention to detail * Advanced English (mandatory).
