Salary - From £36,000 - £44,000, based on experience.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Advisor to drive quality across the business. You’ll lead audits, streamline processes, support compliance, and champion continuous improvement.

What you will do

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards Review and manage all quality related processes, including customer feedback, internal auditing and CAPA investigations Oversee and support the implementation of quality control measures across engineering processes, ensuring compliance with standards and best practicesInvestigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure robust documentation practices across the QMS, including audit trails, change control, and training records Assist with internal audits and prepare for customer or third-party audits Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to quality standards and embed continuous improvement in all processesChampioning quality systems across the businessEnsuring process compliance as well as product conformity Liaising with regulatory bodies or certifying agenciesPromote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the business

What You’ll Bring

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.

Experience within GMP, GxP, or regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices) would be advantageous.

Strong understanding of quality processes such as audits, inspections, CAPA, and document control.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
