Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator Job Description
The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for providing essential support to the quality assurance specialists. This role is vital in maintaining and enhancing the quality systems and standards within the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and issue batch records and labels, and allocate raw materials to begin production.
+ Conduct investigations into non-conformance issues.
+ Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards.
+ Compile data to support the trending program.
+ File completed records, including batch records, on-site training records, validations, calibration records, and qualification records.
+ Audit previous batch records.
+ Handle compliance documentation and reporting.

Work Environment
The position operates within a typical office setting, utilizing a laptop. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with options for 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM shifts. Training will occur during these hours. Personal protective equipment such as gowns and hairnets is required when handling raw materials. The environment can be loud at times and includes a BSL 2 Lab (Biosafety Level 2). There is no heavy lifting involved.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
