Department OverviewMVRecovery is the Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of MVTrac/MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. We are seeking an experienced Impound Coordinator who is assigned to actively work with field agents and impound locations to secure these units for our clients.
Job Description
The Compliance QA team is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and testing compliance processes to verify adherence to policies, regulations, and industry best practices. They identify areas for improvement, drive corrective actions, and contribute to a culture of continuous compliance.
The Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Quality Assurance team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The QA Administrative Assistant will assist with document control, data entry, scheduling, report generation, and other administrative tasks, all with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the quality assurance process.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Compliance Manager and other team members.
* Manage calendars, and schedule meetings.
* Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, and phone calls.
Document Control:
* Assist in maintaining the QA department's document control system.
* Organize, file, and retrieve documents (both electronic and hard copy).
* Ensure documents are properly version-controlled and follow established naming conventions.
* Support the distribution of updated documents to relevant personnel.
* Maintains security of documents
Data Entry and Analysis:
* Accurately enter data into various QA systems and databases.
* Assist with data validation and cleaning to ensure data integrity.
* Generate reports from QA systems as needed.
* Analyze results for trends and opportunities
QA Process Support:
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of audit schedules and checklists.
* Track audit findings and corrective actions.
* Follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
* Supports management by reviewing process to provide updates to best methods to comply with regulations
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding QA-related matters

* Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and vendors.
* Facilitate communication and flow of information within the QA team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a quality assurance or regulated environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with data entry and database management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Associates DegreeTarget Base Salary Range: $33,700 - $50,600
