Quality Associate

Summary: Seeking a Quality Associate to perform inspections, record non-conformances, and implement corrective actions in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma Willingness to learn Lean Six Sigma

Preferred Skills:

Ability to perform detail-oriented work Capability to handle multiple tasks promptly Presentation skills for small group information sharing Adaptability to changing workload priorities

Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-progress work orders, and finished products Record and investigate non-conformances and product complaints Implement corrective/preventive actions Monitor temperature and humidity in controlled areas

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
