Perform daily quality control checks on incoming materials, and products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Work closely with the Quality Supervisor to implement and maintain QLAB's quality standards and processes. Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate written and electronic records of all quality inspections, tests, and their results. Assist in coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared and available for review. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying, reporting, and assisting with resolution of potential quality issues. Support the training and development of other team members on quality-related matters, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct random sampling, testing, and analysis of products to assess the quality control metrics. Participate in quality meetings, present findings, and propose improvements. Use the company's databases and software to track, report, and visualize quality metrics. Work cross-functionally with other teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and engineering, to ensure consistent product quality. Follow and enforce all safety regulations and guidelines within the QLAB. Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards quality objectives. Stay updated on the latest industry quality standards and regulations, and ensure QLAB is compliant with these standards.
