We are looking for a Quality Assistant to join our Quality Team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main responsibilities

Manage personal authorisations and the assessment process Assist in compiling data and documentation to complete external questionnaires for vendor approval processes Liaise with internal teams to collect relevant quality and compliance information for third-party assessments Ensure consistency and version control across all controlled documents Provide general administrative support to the Quality Department, including meeting coordination, data entry, and file management Coordinate ground transportation between hangars and provide escort services as required Welcome and receive guests or customers at the airport and accompany them to the MMRO facility Arrange hotel bookings and extensions, and prepare guest cards when necessary Oversee the condition and proper equipment setup of customer offices

 

Main Requirements

Demonstrating a strong sense of morality and justice Having sufficient English proficiency to read and fully comprehend documentation relevant to the position Possessing strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships Demonstrating excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines Maintaining a high level of accuracy and punctuality Representing the company with the highest professional standards Holding a valid Category B driver’s license
