This hospital is part of the Cape Fear Valley Health System and is the 8th largest health system in the state with 916 patient beds, serving a six-county region of Southeastern North Carolina and more than 935,000 patients annually **What You'll Do** + Oversee Sodexo safety and loss prevention programs, ensuring work environment is compliant. + Uphold the standards & procedures for handling & storage of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with all government regulations. + Drive client and patient satisfaction scores through monitoring of KPI's, quality assurance as well as metric reporting. + Supervise day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards. + Establish a safe work environment for employees by providing safety-related training and equipment maintenance. + Implement quality improvements, communicating them to employees; **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
