Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** + Lead and collaborate closely with the Release Manager, Product Owners, and Team Leads to ensure timely and successful product releases (Veeva configuration and Integration developments). + Ensure all required GxP documentations is completed in compliance with regulatory and SANOFI standards and within agreed timelines. + Proactively identify potential risks and schedule deviations and communicate them promptly to relevant stakeholders and management. + Conduct software quality assessments through manual testing, with a transition towards automated testing, to identify and report defects. + Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure adherence to the QualiPSO process and maintain alignment with release schedules. + Actively participate in team meetings and Agile ceremonies to support collaborative planning and execution. + Serve as the primary Release Lead for QualiPSO, providing guidance and coaching to other release leads to ensure effective coordination with QualiPSO project teams. + Maintain and continuously enhance documentation templates and the release toolkit to support project release leads in their delivery activities. + Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes by coordinating with the Digital Risk Advisory team. + Collaborate with the Release Manager and Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to streamline and simplify ways of working. + Actively contribute to inspection, audit and quality reviews in partnership with the Technical System Owner and Digital Risk Advisory team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
