Care and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Rugby
Hours: Part-time - 24 hours per week
Pay: £13.75 per hour

I am looking for a Care and Compliance Coordinator to join an established, friendly, and dedicated team at a welcoming supported living service in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role that combines rota coordination, compliance oversight, and hands-on support.
What you'll need to bring:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleExperience coordinating rotas in a care settingA background in a CQC-regulated environment as a senior, team leader, or deputyWillingness to occasionally provide personal care and positive behaviour supportConfidence using online rota systems and Microsoft 365What you'll be doing:
Coordinating and managing staff rotasUpdating care and support plansConducting incident reporting, safeguarding, and investigationsWriting reports and meeting with professionalsCarrying out internal audits, risk assessments, and spot checksOverseeing medication audits and daily MAR sheet checksEnsuring training is up to date and loggedSupporting with fire safety, health, and safety, and CQC complianceCollaborating closely with staff and the people we supportWho we're looking for:
